We've tried to answer most of our  common questions here.  If there is something that we have missed, please feel free to contact us.  We'd love to hear from you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For Residential Customers
Payment can be made via Interac e-mail money transfer on the evening of the clean, or can be left as cash in a SEALED envelope on the stove top with ONLY White Dove Cleaning and your name written on it.

For Commercial Customers
For commercial customers on a cleaning contract, the payment terms and methods will be specified within that contract.

What if I need to cancel a scheduled clean?

For regularly scheduled cleaning, we do request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel.

For one-up jobs, we do request a minimum of 72 hours to cancel.

How does your referral program work?

We value referrals.  That is the #1 one way we have grown as a company.

If you refer someone to White Dove Cleaning, and they sign up as a regular customer, we have a thank you gift for you as a token of our appreciation.

Do you offer green cleaning products?

Yes, if requested by the client, we do have a full line of certified green cleaning products, called Be Honest, that we can use in your home or business.

And, most of the replenishable items (toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap) that we supply on our commercial contracts is certified green and environmentally friendly.

Do I need to be home when your cleaner(s) are there?

No, you do not.  In fact, most of our residential clients are not home when our teams are cleaning their home.  We just need to be provided with a key or key code to enter your home.

And, for more of our commercial clients, cleaning is done after hours, when there are no personnel on site.

We are fully insured and covered by WSIB.
